Led by Mr. Mark Spigolon, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in East Block and NATO weaponry, and Mr. Menno Uys, an ex-South African Special Forces officer and veteran of conflict zones, our team boasts over 100 years of collective experience. Our operations span military and police training, electronic surveillance, access control, fleet management, maritime security, and more.

William Scully, Q.G.M., former British Special Air Service (SAS) Special Forces operator and published author, brings extensive leadership experience from his diverse background. As founder and CEO of Omnis Group, he led the manufacturing and marketing of armored vehicles for Private Military Companies (PMCs) in conflict zones. Co-founder and CEO of Cerberus Holding and owner of the AKE Group, Scully earned the esteemed Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Currently, he serves as a Director and Executive of Pilgrim Ammunition LLC, bringing a wealth of expertise to Tactical Defence Solutions.
